Golden Light Over Mt Tom - Fine Art Print
Golden Light Over Mt. Tom • 1/8/2023
f/32 • 1/5 sec • ISO 100
Heavy clouds hang over the snow-covered slopes of Mt. Tom, letting muted golden light filter through. The mountain's rugged ridges emerge from the shadows, their snow and exposed rock creating gentle variations in gray and white. A narrow band of trees sits along the bottom of the composition, providing scale beneath the massive mountainside. The contrast between the subtly illuminated clouds and darker mountain terrain gives the scene a quiet, dramatic atmosphere defined by changing weather and light.
Available Formats
This artwork is available in extra-durable aluminum, museum-quality acrylic, specially selected archival paper, or super-sticky stickers. METAL PRINT WITH FLOAT MOUNT IS MOST RECOMMENDED; it is durable enough to hang outdoors without noticeable fading for two years and is easy to hang in any location. My photographs are shot, edited, and finished specifically with metal in mind. All options look amazing. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to make a special request.
I recommend metal or acrylic prints for the best quality, offering exceptional depth, contrast, and clarity that bring out subtle textures in the landscape. They are high-performance and highly durable. Each photograph is printed from the original photograph with careful attention to tonal range and detail. Designed to preserve subtle shifts in light and texture, each print invites slow viewing and long-term appreciation.
Craft & Production
Photographed and edited by the artist Neal Covert. Each print is hand-signed and professionally printed, ensuring consistent color accuracy and archival quality.
