1 Bedroom — $150 (15–20 photos)
2 Bedroom — $200 (17-23 photos)

Standard editing generally takes 2–3 days. Declutter editing generally takes 3–5 days. Expedited delivery within 24 hours is available for +$75.
Booking:
A $50 deposit schedules and confirms the shoot. The remaining balance is due before final delivery. When you inquire, include the bedroom count, additional areas, and whether declutter editing is needed. Minor physical adjustments may be made, but this is not a staging service.
